A child may need treatment by more than one therapist so it is hard to say condition “x” is only treated by this therapy – “holistic” means holistic– in other words having the strength to sit or stand or walk or hold things will impact the ability to speak and move and be independent – so the gross motor (PT), fine motor (OT), speech (SLT) therapies can help your baby and child and each therapy support the others to your child’s benefit as required.
